Old Socks

For years, I've kept old socks for cleaning. That's about the extent of my creative capabilities to recycle productively. Anyway, as I scrubbed the bathtub with an old sock this morning, I was overcome with a quiet bit of contentment at using that old, ratty thing for something helpful. And it got me thinking: have you ever used something old in a productive, satisfying way? And using old people doesn't count here.

Maybe someday.

Socks for cleaning? This NEVER OCCURRED TO ME! But I see how it makes sense, hmmmmm.

The only hiccup is that I tend to wear my socks until they disintegrate so I'm not sure how helpful they will be for cleaning.

Hugs to you!
